My Journey
The Training Ground
During high school, Lam learned the lessons of life. Like almost all high school students, those life lessons framed his beliefs. Through all his teenage trials, Lam's interest in accountability grew into an obsession. Upon graduating from high school, Lam knew he wanted to help make people lives better.
Learning the Theories and Solutions
He fell in love with his home city of New Orleans, where he spent his college years at the University of New Orleans.
College is where Lam began to learn and apply the problem-solving skills that inform his professional skills today. He achieved a BS in Economics and Finance.
The Execution
Lugenbuhl is the legal firm where Lam works as one of the in-house accountant. Here is where he began learning about the real-world problems of application and the skills needed to solve them. Skillful management of cost/benefit along with accurate accounting is necessary to many challenges that he faced.
Here is where Lam honed his skills and learned how to show sensitivity. A skill necessary to help clients avoid negative emotions while efficiently controlling the situation to a successful end.
